Don’t forget to finish with a teaspoon of our classic Madagascan Pure Vanilla Extract.. it not only adds an amazing flavour to your smoothies but brings with it a world of health benefits as an super anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory and neuroprotective properties.
Here is, one of my favourite smoothie recipes:
- Rude heath Hazelnut milk- 160 mls
- Transparent labs whey protein isolate (vanilla peanut butter) – 1 scoop.
- Kale- few leaves
- Banana – half
- Dates – 1
- Walnuts- 2 thumbs
- Ice
- Potion De V – Madagascan pure vanilla extract- 1 teaspoon.
2 People
- Toss all of the above in a powerful blender…
- Blend and pour into a tall glass.
- Top with mixed seeds and Enjoy!
